Basic Information Supporting Redistricting

Census 2000 Redistricting Data (Public Law 94-171, or "PL") contains basic information on the U.S. population in the 2000 Census. It includes data on people's race and whether they are of Hispanic origin, for both the total and the adult population. There are 4 detailed tables available in the PL data product. A full description of all the tables in PL can be found in the technical documentation (PDF - 4.2MB).
